i don’t cry, or i dare myself not to.
i am patient. i don’t yell and i don’t get frustrated. i give directions firmly, but not meanly.
i am brave. i don’t shy away or feel repulsed. i feel the need to help and to heal.
i am present. mentally and physically. wholeheartedly.
